I thoroughly enjoyed the whole interview process with the Vodafone people and culture team. The whole process was quite smooth, the recruiter kept contact often.
Then gave some sort of mentorship through the process.

Initial screening was an online test and then interview with HR followed by meeting with team.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vodafone in Sep 2025
Interview
I applied using the Gradcracker website which led me to the application which required me to answer quite a few screening questions including some describe situations where questions. After submitting that with my CV and personal and health data I was auto rejected without a clear reason.
