I applied online. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newport, Newport, Wales) in Nov 2018
Interview
Applied online, where I was selected to go through for a video interview. I never ended up doing it and I got a phone call asking to interview me over the phone which I did on the following day., And was asked to find an interesting fact about vodafone. Lady on the phone was very friendly and told me o had passed after as I seemed confident despite lacking enthusiasm for technology. I interviewed at the store a week later, and the store manager was polite and friendly and made you feel at ease. the process involved a presentation, role play and finally 1-1 competency based questions (all a bit much for a store role if you ask me). I was contacted a few days after my interview with feedback by phone but missed the call. Rang back to no answer and never heard from them again!
I applied online. I interviewed at Vodafone (Il Cairo, ) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was clear and well-organized. It started with an online application, followed by a short phone screening to check my communication skills and background. After that, there was a face-to-face interview with HR and the team leader. They asked about my previous experience in customer service and tested how I handle difficult customers. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable during the discussion.
Good interview, didn’t get the role but was happy with the process and people. Good learning experience overall. Challenges you in the right areas as a sales person and gives a good sense of what it would be like to work there
