I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview process was the most relaxed I have ever experienced. Firstly, you are given a little presentation about the company, the job and its benefits. The recruitment lady was extremely helpful, and generally really sweet. They reassure you and give you breaks between every exercise.
Then there was the group assessment where you are required to read a document for 20 minutes, then have another 20 minutes to discuss your opinions on it and 5 minutes to conclude. You can offer to the be time keeper and keep everyone on track so you don't overrun. Get everyone involved; if you see, say, John being quiet, asking 'what do you think John?' will help them feel more involved and it also puts you in the good light.
The assessors were so lovely- you barely feel their presence.
After this, some of the group got split up- some did the presentation and some did the personal 1-1 interview.
The presentation, which you get to prep for a week in advance, and lasts 10 minutes, with 10 minutes of questions. The questions were predictable, in terms of what was on the brief for the presentation. There was also a personal question in there too!
The interview was really lovely actually. The questions were tricky in terms of how they were phrased but the person who was interviewing me was really nice, and helped to simplify the questions for me if I seemed a bit stumped.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Vodafone (Londra, Inghilterra)
Interview
One sided interview, questions about how you would act in certain scenarios along with business logic and general logical thinking/reading comprehension. Nothing relating to specific technical roles so I recommend looking into how these processes normally ask questions.
