Interview
Begins with an online application - would recommend writing a cover letter. You'll be asked to complete some online puzzles to assess your problem solving, then do a virtual interview. Questions will come up on screen and you have one minute to prepare, then it begins filming you for an answer.
Followed by an in-person assessment at their office in Leopardstown, Dublin. This takes 3 hours and involves:
- a <30 minute individual interview
- a Q&A panel with some graduate employees
- a 1-hour group assessment. You'll be in a group of 5, in a room with 5 examiners (you won't know which one is examining which candidate). The team is given an assignment and asked to brainstorm, then present a pitch. Sounds stressful but actually pretty manageable if you can relax.
- an office tour
The first step is submitting a resume and, in some cases, a cover letter. These documents should highlight your education, experience, projects, and skills relevant to the position.
After the initial screening, candidates might be invited to complete online assessments. These can include coding challenges, multiple-choice questions on technical topics, and personality tests.
Submit a CV, complete an online assessment with mini games that tested numerical and reasoning skills and video interviews, assessment centre with group interview, individual interview and a short presentation
