The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England)
Interview
The process up until the assessment centre was all positive with a number of tests, and online interviews which is what you can expect.
The assessment centre itself was a good day overall with the staff being really relaxed natural and honest; the only negative that put a downer on the whole Experience is i feel you are not given a chance to shine within the group task as on my actual group i had three very forceful young women who would not allow anyone else to get a word in and of course you would not want to shout over them to look unprofessional so i raised my hand and waited to speak but never managed to get enough in to actually show my skill set; i had also brought this up on the day with the staff.
Thanks for the feedback. The group exercises are designed to simulate real life business situations and working with the different people in those is also a skill to learn. The good news is that you are assessed on all the different tasks throughout the day and not just one, so you get plenty of chances to shine.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
Online application form, followed by a straightforward On-Demand Video interview, and finally a graduate assessment centre day at Vodafone HQ.
The day was well organised from the start, and you were always aware of what you next activity was, so you never felt lost. Consisted of group activities, one-to-one interviews and an unseen presentation.
We were also given the opportunity to explore the campus and ask questions of the current graduates.
