The video interview experience was very nice. The tool is usable and user-friendly, and you can get familiar with it within 5 minutes. There were ten questions in the video interview. After the questions, you have some time to say something about yourself that you did not have the opportunity to say in your answers. I did not go to the assessment centre yet. Overall, the experience is very pleasant!
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vodafone (Dublino, Dublino) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview was divided into different stages. To get onto the next interview stage, you had to meet the company's criteria.
The first stage was submitting the application and your CV. There was also three aptitude tests: a logical test, a verbal reasoning test and a numerical test. After this, there was an online interview where you needed to record your responses to several questions. I failed at this stage but, after this, there is a group interview in their offices in Dublin.
