First you submit online application. Then you get invited to an online assessment. Which includes standard online test and video interview (record yourself answering questions). If successful, you get invited to virtual assessment centre. It included a pitch and interview. Following that they did a grad panel for you to ask any questions. Overall, positive experience and everyone was lovely.
