Interview
The arangement and interview was fine. This position was based in Albania. The technical interview was conducted from people based in Ireland and UK and that went fine. The problem came later on where they where supposed to let me know of the outcome. During the interview I asked them when was I supposed to receive feedback, they said after 1 week (the technical interviewers said that). One week passed no communication, I emailed them but received no reply, i called them they said they had no information. On the 3rd week after the interview I emailed all the interview panel, they replied but didnt give any definitive info on when they where going to provide feedback. I asked them for a time frame on which they would take a decision, no reply was received. After 1 and half months they emailed me telling me the position was closed. A completely disgraceful behaviour towards candidates, not serious at all, at least from the HR, not transperent at all. They conduct procedures based on third world countries no responsibility at all, shameful and not expected from Vodafone. If you interview with them beware that they might be just shoping around with no intention of ever hiring, a waste of your time really.
It was a pleasant process as you register your interview and don't have someone in front of you to make you feel uncomfortable. There are around 5 questions that you have to answer and 30 seconds to prepare for each of them.
