5. Group discussion - you will be given a hypothetical situation and will be asked to discuss n conclude as a team.
6. Role play - facing a dissatisfied customer with billing issues (2 panel members will be taking the interview)
7. One on one interview - this last for about 15 mins, with 2 members on the panel
After all these stages, the interview process is over and the HR gives u a follow up call on ur application's progress

What was the last time you received an excellent customer service and how did u feel about it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vodafone (Dublino, Dublino) in Mar 2016

Process was very fast. Everything was pleasant. The manager interviewing me was not going to be my manager which I felt was a bit weird. They kept trying to fear of loss me with "We have so many applicants". This was mentioned before every question.

Turned up before time and the interviewers were late.
Lady who was interviewing me couldn't get my name right despite me correcting her.
Feedback was provided on a poor telephone line(irony) and I didn't bother asking the person to repeat herself because of my experience at the interview.
