I was applied on the virgin active website, only had to express interest. I was invited to an interview a few days later. Your supposed to have 2 interviews: one with your potential manager, then another with your manager and the manager of the club. I only did one interview. it was fairly relaxed, 20 minutes long.

I applied online which took about an hour after I'd modified my CV and answered a brief application question. I received a call about 2 days later where I arranged an interview. My advice is to arrange an interview as early as possible as sometimes they're desperately trying to fill vacancies. Also, even though I have had the position for a week, it's still being advertised so it might be worth ringing the club to check whether you can still apply.
