Verisure Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The talekt acquisitin person who interviewed me was unprofessional and didn’t seem to know the basic business terms. She also called me by the wrong name several times and despite having given her lots of clear examples of the experience she was looking for, she still said she didn’t feel I gave her examples of any such experiences. It was like having to explain things to a child. And some of the mannerisms she dusplaued were downright rude, tbh. This was by far the strangest and most aggravating first interviews I have ever had.
