Verisure Business Development interview questions

The worst job interview experience of my entire life. Job description can be confusing and even misleading. They invite you to a group selection stage that lasts 4 hours, completely usefulness, just to introduce the company. They interview you in front of the other candidates, that I think it's illegal. Entry level position that requires to open a P.I. (partita iva), earnings not guaranteed.
