The worst hiring process I have had so far. I get to the the stage of the Business Case which I sent (spent a weekend working on it). No answer for 3 weeks (writting a mail to HR every week - ghosted in all of them) and then I received this answer: "It was decided to change the requirements and change the job and because of that, although your profile is a good profile, it is no longer in line with our request." I do not recommend this company, specially because they don't live day to day the values that they promote.
