Applied online and got a email to set up call with recruiter within a couple hours, however due to a reorg the recruiter had changed and kept rescheduling. Didn't make an effort to make small talk and was straight to the point.

Question 1
A/B Testing, Experience with tools, Product related questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2021
Interview
I applied on the company website and was contacted by a recruiter.
Hopped on a quick call with him to discuss the role and the process.
Next step was an interview with the hiring manager.
I heard back pretty quickly and hopped on another call with the recruiter so that we could prep for the case study interview.
The case study was a takeaway problem that Uber could face. Used to understand your thinking process, a lot of questioning back and forth.
Unfortunately I didn't make it past the case study round but I was given feedback in interview about what I could improve on and that was really helpful.

Question 1
What kind of metrics did you track in your role, data to make a decision, etc.
One of the most terrible hiring process. Recruiter reached out to me and I provided multiple dates and he chose one. On the day of the interview he did not show up then asked me to reschedule because he was having technical issues.
I rescheduled and he still did not show up or respond to my emails. For the 3 rd reschedule, he was 13 minutes lates and just rushed through things. I don’t think I ever want to work for a company like this
