First Round is with HR which will go through logistics, JD as well as some salary expectations.
Second Round is with Hiring Manager for Behavior Interview Portion
Third Round is Technical Interview with one of the team members

Thorough, 3+ months and several loops, a take home case that you present in front of a panel and Q&A. Lots of behavioral questions and detailed in the trees questions from the hiring team

What type of metrics did you use to understand retention and growth with your experiment?
I've reached only first round of interview with hiring manager. She was friendly and explained me the stages. But I felt that I am not going to the next round of interviews.
