Started with the Analytics test, then a phone interview with HR, then interview with hiring manager. The test was fairly straight forward if you know Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation), but needed to study up on Uber metrics and data. The interview with HR was also straightforward, asking me about my experience and CV, but also asking my opinions about Uber and where they could improve.
For the hiring manager, they said I really needed to have stronger opinions on Uber, and to have a few ideas on how Uber can improve. The hiring manager, however, never asked me anything on my opinions on Uber, only asked about by experience (when was a time you... etc.), so that was misleading.
