-recruiter one is basic, usually you get a response on the spot with an appointment for the next one (if you qualify)
-second one is job specific, with questions and scenarios related about the work you are going to do

Interview
The interview went very smoothly, and the recruiter was very friendly. It was a video interview; the role was entry-level and should be working on-site in Limerick. I felt comfortable with all the questions.
