Uber Business Development Manager interview questions

Very generic interview. The interviewer asked mostly questions on my work experience related. In fact it was more of a discussion. At the end, I asked what is the way forward. To that the interviewer replied that my background may not be very relevant although I have a great work experience. Honestly they could have checked my resume before calling me at their office.
