I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Las Vegas, NV) in Nov 2017
Interview
My appointment time was 11:00am. I expected a group but not a large group. They were interviewing one at a time and completely out of order. I was never seen due to personal time constraints but I was there waiting for 2 hours. Many other applicants never even filled out a job application before hand nor did they have an appointment but were seen before me. Never been a part of a group interview, but that was extremely disorganized and understaffed for how many people showed up. But they got what they needed driver helpers. I’ll keep looking for work.
They just asked my name, email address, and address. They did not ask anything about previous experiences or anything. It seemed like they just wanted to know how near/far you stay from the job's location,

The interview process wasn’t to long or too short it was just right it’s pretty straightforward and simple really easy as long as you have an ability to talk properly and process what they are saying to you
