I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UPS (West Columbia, SC) in Jun 2017
Interview
Emailed at 7am and notified of interview at 5pm. Weirdest/shortest interview/process I have ever been a part of. Group of five applicants showed up, escorted to an office, and waited. We were all interviewing for a PT supervisor position (differing shifts). Called back one at a time for an approximate 5-10min conversation with a manager. Sent back to room, while others interviewed. Seemed like UPS had already decided to hire all five of us, unless there were any obvious red flags during this quick "interview." Interviewer did not have our resumes, a list of who we were, etc...Had to ask and write down our names.
It was a good interview, there wasn't a lot of sustenance that made you feel it was a crazy experience but it was middle of the pack average. Highly recommend for others
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at UPS (Madrid) in Jun 2025
Interview
PRimero aplicas online, RRHH hace un filtro de CV. Te ponen en contacto directamente con el manager. Tienes una entrevista con este online y por ultimo con el manager por encima presencial.
It was a straight forward process. You'd have to apply a few time though if trying for or during the holiday's for seasonal work. You can lessen the chances of being hired between the months of Feb thur July
