Ask HR what it takes to become a supervisor. Was ask questions about experience leadership at other places. Needed to complete and pass the supervisor test to be consider for the job

It was a good interview, there wasn't a lot of sustenance that made you feel it was a crazy experience but it was middle of the pack average. Highly recommend for others

It was a straight forward process. You'd have to apply a few time though if trying for or during the holiday's for seasonal work. You can lessen the chances of being hired between the months of Feb thur July
