UNICEF Program Specialist interview questions

This position is under the UNV program. The process took total of a bit over 1 month. 2 weeks or so after my submission of application, I received an invitation to take a writing test (3 hrs). Writing test was pretty hard, a combination of all skills (program development, mngmt, budget planning/fundraising/investment case). About a month later, an interview (1.5 hrs) with 4 people (chief of program, program specialist, director of UNV in Vietnam, and an HR officer). A mix of technical and competence-based questions, very straightforward questions on the post and on past experience. A challenging but a pleasant experience.

the post was advertised in the local paper for three weeks, shortlisting was done and I attended two interviews. The panel had five people all had different portifolio, among them was the head of the department
