I applied through college or university. I interviewed at UNICEF
Interview
I mostly walked through my resume and talked about previous employment experience in international issues. Be prepared to talk about each of your activities in detail. If you are fluent in multiple languages, make sure to emphasize that point
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UNICEF (Londra, Inghilterra)
Interview
I was an internal applicant so didn't have to do the gigantic and unwieldy online form. Submitted resume and cover letter and then was invited to interview and do a 45 min written test which were on the same day.
