Intimidating in the beginning as interview was conducted with a panel of 4 people, but eased in to it as I drew from previous experiences to answer questions that were competency based.
Selection by the UNV plateform. Two weeks later, convocation for an interview. Interview by three people from the programme on skype. Duration:45 minutes. They were very kind to me. Interview directly in relation with the position. Technical questions.

Question 1
How I managed conflict situation by giving an example.
After submitting my application, a recruiter reached out over email a few weeks later and asked me to complete ~3 hours of technical work, and email them back my results. As a senior consultant, I don't typically do several hours of free work without even a phone call, but it's UNICEF, so I agreed. A week later, I was notified over email that I passed the technical interview, and went on to a soft-skills assessment, which was a 50 minute phone call. The questions were scenario based. It's been months, and I never heard back.
