As usual telephonic Interview is organized by HR, and interview board is composed of 4-5 members including Head of Office/Regional Office, Program Officer, sister UN organization representative, Technical Expert, Communication Officer(optional) & HR support officer.

Question 1
In general interview atmosphere is very cordial. They try to understand your work experience, and try to understand how you handled a situation that the organization faces while working in the field. Your operation skill, managerial skill, UNICEF branding and team building capacity is judged through various questions, queries and situational analysis type of question. It varies from 40-60 minutes approx.
UNICEF is one of the biggest UN agencies. The interview was not difficult but it needed some preparation.. it lasted around thirty minutes or so. It focused on the competencies and past experience.
