very slow process and too many layers and interviews before getting any actual feedback. this aside the interviews themselves were difficult and full of very philosophical questions that had nothing to do with the role itself

Question 1
if i shrunk to the size of a coin and put in a blender, what would i do?
After applying online there was a brief phone interview asking about experience, why we want to work there and a week later selected for a 20-30 minute in person interview. Got interviewed by 2 friendly people, friendly but professional interview.
I just got a call from the recruiter, and they scheduled an interview shortly after. During the interview, they asked me a few standard questions, such as why I wanted to work there, my strengths and weaknesses, and a sales challenge where I had to sell a pen. The entire process was straightforward and didn't take too long.
