Der Ablauf war klar kommuniziert und verlief sehr strukturiert. 2 Telefoninterviews und ein persönliches Gespräch vor Ort waren eine gute Grundlage um sich gegenseitig kennenzulernen. Alle Gespräche wurden auf Englisch geführt, weil man in der Position mit internationalen Kunden zu tun hat.

I was offered a phone interview quite promptly. The 30 minute phone interview was conversational and I was offered the job shortly after. It was a relatively easy interview process.
