Decent application process with tests and video-interviews. I have especially enjoyed doing the situational judgement testing as it provides a nice insight into potential work situations and allows to project them on yourself.
The initial step was an assessment. This was more behavioral, no right or wrong answer. Then a numerical test that was timed and more difficult. Following that you recorded yourself for a video interview. The last step was a video call super day with 3 different people.
