UBS Software Engineer Internship interview questions

Introduce yourself. Tell me about your projects. Were the projects developed by you or in a team? Why did you use MERN stack for your project? What specific role did you play in the project? Why did your team opt for MongoDB as the database to store the information in the project? Which database management systems are you familiar with? You mentioned MySQL. Please write a query to display the author and the number of books written by them from a table having multivalued attributes. Tell me the sequence of execution for the query, specifying what happens first and so on. How is data stored in MongoDB? Explain me different types of inheritance in object-oriented programming? Do you want to go for further education, and if not, why? What do you know about UBS? (it’s not necessary to know this answer but if you know then well and good)
