I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UBS in Dec 2022

It was online interview. They gave a practice session to prepare for actual interview. Some of the practice questions were asked during the interview. The questions was very helpful and I gained confidence during the interview.

Question 1
2 minutes each question. There are 5 Japanese questions. The other 5 was asking in English : > Achievement outside school? > Skills you can bring to the company? > Why UBS? > Can you give us any financial news about today’s events? > Any other details you want us to know about you?
Worst experience I had in my life. Team completely unprofessional. All the people I got to know through the process were extremely arrogant, and not particularly strong technically. Also, the deals they cover in Switzerland are much less relevant and exciting than usual IB in LDN or FFM. I strongly discourage anyone to apply here.
