Standard. a lot of behavioral and some technical. There is case study with one of the groups, which is difficult. The different groups have different dynamics as well. The one on the west coast cares about why their office.
UBS's recruiting is very fast paced and well structured, The interview process asks relatively fit based questions compared to other investment banks. All the A&As are nice and welcoming. No hirevue for off-cycle internships.
They went through my CV and asked questions about technologies used. The interview was an hour long. Also asked about my stengths and weaknesses as well as personal qualities. Overall they were very friendly and welcoming.
