Primera entrevista con HR Segunda Entrevista con Manager Tercer Entrevista tecnica con otros team members que trabajarian a futuro con esa persona en el proyecto, sobre todo preguntaron acerca de la herramienta que se iba a hacer.

Question 1
Que es lo que te motiva cada dia, el manager queria ver el tipo de perfil de la persona. En la parte tecnica pusieron un caso de uso de un problema real que tenian en el banco.
It was organised and smooth. Both HR and hiring department made clear process. I was able to understand the job role and was to be perform the interview well. Hiring team interview was more like a discussion and it was nice.

Interview
there were two rounds. One was hackerrank. This varies based on role. Once I had full-stack Java plus React and another I had Java plus SQL. 2nd round was on teams, they focused on low-level design implementation
The process was easy and straight forward. There were no difficult questions and it was more about getting to know the personality. Various rounds of interviews with different employees and a lot of coffee chats. Focused more on personality fit rather than on qualifications.
