After application, you will be sent an invitation to complete a cultural appraisal as well as other tests depending on the role applied for. Should you meet the requirements, based on you will be invited to an interview. The interview is virtual using the Sonru App. The interview will give you the opportunity to practice before starting the official interview. The practice is not recorded. Once done, you start the interview. The number of questions range per role. You are given the question with 30-45 seconds to read and compile your answer. You are then given 1.5 minutes - 2 minutes to answer the question. The questions include generic, technical and behavioural questions.
