I applied through college or university. I interviewed at UBS (Stamford, CT) in Mar 2014
Interview
Overall the interview process was very nice and everyone was very polite. The recruiters were very helpful in dealing with conflicts and were responsive and very timely. Even my most difficult interviewer was polite. They also had people come in to sit with us while we waited who were very open and willing to answer questions (and share correct answers to keep us from being nervous). The group task was not difficult--you don't need any technical knowledge for it.

Question 1
My resume was a bit unrelated and I was asked why, given my different experience, I wanted to work there. This might have been due to my previous experience dealing with feminist issues though. No one else seemed to have this issue.

Firstly Online test (logic), followed by interview with team management (around 45 minutes), and lastly interview with HR( few simple HR questions, availability, pay, availability etc, simple) and then offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS
Interview
It was an AI interview process with a video on, and preparation time. You are given 2 minutes to prepare and two minutes to anwser. In general, it is manageable with the a little bit of practice with AI interviews. More like recording of self-introductory videos
