Interview
The interview was straight forward. Branch manager looked at my résumé and asked questions based on that. Beyond that most questions focused on behavioral and logical. Offer was extended and excepted. The longest part of the process was the background screening, this can take up to 5-6 ( 4 for me) weeks to be completed.
Hatte ein HireVue interview. Dabei gibt es 7 Fragen für die man sich jeweils 2 Minuten vorbereiten kann und dann 2 Minuten zum beantworten. Habe dies bekommen nachdem ich mein CV und Motivationsschreiben eingereicht habe.
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer
Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.
