Interview
First round on the phone, then got a take home modeling exam, followed by an in person interview with my analyst and head of the department. The most important part is to reiterate why you want to work in the space, and also make sure that your stock pitch is well polished, as they will push back on your hypothesis. Just be prepared to describe the sensitivity analysis.

Interview
Two telephonic interviews one with HR to check your interest in the role and the company and the other with line manager with whome you are supossed to work closely to check if you are a good fit, then after personal interview at their office by line manager, and two other senior managers. The foreign office managers take interview through video conference one at a time. Interviewer may keep it informal talk form and let the discussion flow without much control, you may drive the interview to high light your strengths.
