4 stages of interview, on the 3rd stage they ask you some odd questions where the interviewers ( the future coworker) might not even know the good answers for. If you are unlucky, you will get a not very friendly and biased coworker on the third stage. That stage needs to be completely skipped or re-designed. The second stage is fine, pair programming interview.
