Interview
The interview process was really streamlined and focused, at first I was nervous as they have 6 rounds to go thru and that too with a panelist. But with each step, I was enjoying the process and was looking forward to having interactions with amazing people. It is a cliche, but I would still say during the process I forgot all about pass or fail, and just started to enjoy our long conversations where I can agree and disagree with the interviewers. Special thanks to HR who gave a lot of insight as to what should be expected from each round.

Interview
Interviewed by HR on agile experience and asked to attend a weekend workshop.
Called for workshop which was from 9:30 - 5:00 pm on a Saturday. 20 people ( mostly referrals and service backgrounds ) were called and drilled about TW's philosophy, agile driven methodology & open source contributions to society. A case study was given and 3 teams of 4 each were given time to present it. How this exercise made them decide who to call for the next rounds is a pandora box? Consultants having DEV/QA background were introducing themselves as having proudly moved to office management and interview hiring. Career growth path seems to be very confusing and divergent for the role being hired for.
One day group discussion activity, followed by face to face interview. The Group discussion was focusing on the Agile way of managing project and also the face to face interview was more on knowing if the candidate is working in Agile ecosystem.
