I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jun 2025
Interview
4 rounds with thoughtworks. First is HR round where the HR will explain a bit about other rounds. After that we have pair programming round where you will be given a codebase in your preferred language via GitHub (4-5 days before) and on the interview they would ask you to create/fix some APIs and services. 3rd round is technical interview, two panels will ask you about your current project and questions regarding your tech stack. 4th round is leadership round where you will be asked basic scenario based questions.
I didn't get an offer as the position went on hold.

Good. One of the best interview experience I had so far. So friendly to in approaching the problem to solve and came up with the solution in a pairing mode
The interview process at Abound consisted of three main parts: a Technical Interview where Python and algorithm questions were asked, a Culture Interview to assess fit and communication skills, and a Presentation Interview focusing on AI-related projects, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and how I approach challenges in fast-paced environments.
