The interview is conducted by an Assistant Manger of Department Supervisor who is in training to become an Assistant Manger. You get questions about your experience in retail, the reason why are you interested to work for Home Depot, and also are you interested to get promoted to higher positions than Sales Associate. You do get a background check and also a drug test.

The interview process was very laid back, I came in filled out an application got a call back a few days later for an interview. The interview was one on one in a trailer he asked me a few questions about my experience and a few questions about what I would do in certain situations, how I would deal with difficult customer or something similar.
