Interview
The process was smooth and the recruiter was very helpful. There was an initial phone call and then a zoom meeting with the recruiter. Questions were pretty standard for the position.

Interview
I was first contacted by the Talent Acquisition team to setup some time. This is a casual interaction to share prior experience and align on fundamental expectations of the role as an employer and as a candidate. If this goes well, then there is a first round of behavioral interview with possibly two leaders (usually right above the role you are applying for). Once you pass this you will have another interview with either the manager or stakeholders to identify if you are a fit for that role culturally as well as personality wise. Its a straight forward process and well established.

Interview
Simple and straightforward. Didn't really ask any hard interview questions, mainly asked what days you could work and what times. Easy to pass interview as they only care if you can do the job or not.
