Interview
Met with a MET Supervisor and was described the position and walked around the store.Then returned to the back room and we went through 9 or 10 questions. It was an easy interview and the Supervisor was professional and knowledgeable about MET. I was really happy when I found out I had gotten the position.

Straight forward, no surprise questions. Met with management and was offered different jobs within different departments. They wanted to see if I could work full time but couldn’t do to my schedule at school, I which they had no problem with.

One on one, asking simple job qualifications questions and seeking customer priority appreciation; if the associate is willing to stand for very long periods of time, lifting heavy product, fast paced transactions and clear, loud conversations and handling money.
