Interview
Rejection after a digital interview without a person interacting. No review on the interview or why I was rejected. Contacted the hiring person through linkedIn and yet still the person saw the message and just ignored. I would be happier if I was given a reason for rejection.

Interview
First round is through Hire Vu Then technical round using teams After than Face to face interview at there office. Overall difficulty level was average. Question was from basic process equipment and how things work.
1- CV evaluation (they take 1 month to answer) sep22 applied for MN, than just in the end of October they answer for do the second part 2- Answer questions related to the job position and soft skills... (No one answer if it was positive or negative since that.... and it makes 3 months already, so I presume that was a no) .. I think they have no respect for the people that are looking for a job there. So this make me think 3 things: 1- they don't need people 2- they are very incompetente for hiring 3- they have no respect for people that is on the process
