Was a long procedure from HR to get contacted. Almost 6 months. The interview lasted for almost 1 hour and I was asked many questions about my last job. There were different steps to get the final interview with the manager coming from Houston, who only visit Mexico once per month
It was two round interview with one business case solving and mainly focused on project conversation. It was quite smooth conversation interview with no typical HR questions. I enjoyed the conversation.
