Ok - quite quick and not a difficult process. the people involved were nice and made sure i was informed throughout every stage of the required bits and bobs. I would go through the process again if needed.

Scenario questions that asked me what i would do if i was busy or needed a shift taking off.
Fairly easy, a bit long-winded but was only asked basic interview questions. It was a group interview that lasted roughly 2 hours. We walked around the store and got to take part in some jobs that you would do if hired like reorganising shelves.
