It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Online hireview and then a coding round.
The online one was very straightforward. Nothing tecnhnical. Just asked about background and you as a person and why this role and what interests me.
There was an online application process to follow, then an in person interview in a branch in London. The overall process was quite standard and easy enough to go through, though this was during Covid so may have changed since.
