Really comfortable interview. Asked about prior experience and how I can use my experience and skills in the role. Interview was quite short, but it is good to prepare just like you would for any other interview.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
