I have given a lot of interviews in the 6.5 years of my career. I have been interviewed by people from the senior engineer level to the VP and the experience has varied across the spectrum.
When I had begun my career, the interviews were more of the question-answer format. This, slowly transitioned to a discussion kind of format. The change that I have undergone in this tenure is quite wide too. I used to be a go-by-the-book sort of a person in the initial days; I am not like that anymore. I carried a lot of apprehensions in interacting with people at a high designation earlier, but I am not like that anymore. Compared to my earlier days, I know how to negotiate with people, how to stand my ground now, how to mould a few questions in the interview, how not to be hesitant during an interview... However, there is one thing that has not changed - I have butterflies in my stomach during the first 2-3 minutes of an interview. I think the anxiety and excitement takes that form, but then it normalizes soon

Its good. firstly the Documents verification is done, then the give us lunch and our panal no. after that one by one we start going to interview some are very confident and some are very Insecure.

How you Ensure Encryption and Security in Application. (SSL) if SSL not available so what do you do to ensure the Application is Fully Secure and prevented from Hacking.
It was good they just check your basics concepts of each technology which you mention
they mainly focused in Senerio based question and SQL
COllection Framework and SOme question based on Spring Framework

RUDE, Extremely Rude the interviewer was not really interested in having a proper conversation and was constantly trying to berate me, I would say they don't see us as employees but as a tool.
