My Company is having a very smart interview process where the technical round is based on the assessment and working on your resume. The person has to be technically sound and smart in giving answers. Communication should be sound and presented in short and in balanced words. The assessment is done properly and carefully and deserving candidate is filetered having good communication and knowledge with efficient management and interpersonal skills.
