HR process was inefficient and overall interview process was not at all well-defined.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services (Poona) in Jun 2026
Interview
It was face to face round, waited for 4-5 hr.
After a long wait technical rounds happened, This opening for springboot, microservices.
I think Interviewer was completely tired and asked some technical question and done.
This is not expected from tcs hiring team, waited whole day and this type of behavior by interviewer.
